(Approved June 3, 2021) Until site redevelopment occurs, the following was approved by the Capitol Area Architectural and Planning Board on June 3, 2021 to facilitate administrative permitting of temporary activities and events on the Sears site: “The Capitol Area Architectural & Planning Board (CAAPB) approves the following list of submission requirements, guidelines and fees for temporary activity/event permitting at the former Sears site. If determined (by CAAPB Zoning Administrator) as otherwise consistent with CAAPB’s Zoning and Design Rules, permits can be granted administratively (without need for full vote/approval of Board members).”
