Local Energy Efficiency Program (LEEP) reports are contained in a separate list.

Minnesota Commercial Energy Baseline and Market Characterization Study: Characteristics, Energy Code Compliance, and Beyond-Code Opportunities Results from CARD-funded study which examines the characteristics and energy savings opportunities for new and renovated commercial Minnesota properties. The objectives were to: 1) Characterize energy efficiency for new and renovated buildings using a statistically significant methodology; 2) Identify opportunities for increased energy savings through existing commercial energy codes; and 3) Identify opportunities for increased energy saving measures beyond existing commercial energy codes.
