Group Health Coaching Launches Jan. 13

Join Group Health Coaching and make it easier to reach your health and well-being goals. Work with a group to build healthy habits, manage ongoing health issues, and learn simple ways to feel better every day.
How the Program Works
- Topics: One topic per session — Nutrition, Stress, Exercise, or Weight Management
- Length: Four sessions over eight weeks (one every two weeks, 45 minutes each)
- Format: Online through Webex
- Group Size: 12 to 25 people in each session
The first session is runs Jan. 13 through Feb. 24. Learn more about the program and reserve your spot. Group Health Coaching is open to any employee who is eligible for benefits.
