Register now to get your shot at a clinic for all employees and their immediate family members.

If your clinic is for employees only, you will get a registration link from your agency, branch, or school.

There is no cost for those who are covered by state’s employee Minnesota Advantage Health Plan. Just bring your current Blue Cross or HealthPartners ID card to the clinic. Employees with other insurance may call Homeland Health (877-746-8060) to make sure they take the insurance.

Sign up for a time to get a flu shot so we have enough staff and vaccines on hand. We will serve walk-ins as time allows, first come first served. You’ll find more details on SEGIP’s flu clinic webpage.
