The StayWell portal for SEGIP members relaunched with new website features and program enhancements such as the Daily Dash. The Daily Dash is a new way to challenge yourself with goals around sleep, activity, stress and eating well.

StayWell is SEGIP’s health and wellness vendor who offers employees the annual health assessment and health improvement programs. It’s available to state of Minnesota employees who are eligible for medical benefits during each open enrollment and are members of the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan. Minnesota Advantage Health Plan is the medical benefits program for all state employees.
