NEW On February 12, 2021, Governor Walz announced a cautious step forward to help small businesses weather the pandemic, taking steps to increase the cap on total guests in restaurants, entertainment venues, gyms and pools to 250. The closing time for restaurants is increasing to 11 p.m. Wedding reception and private event capacity is increasing to 50.
