Unwind for Your Well-Being

Sign up now for the Stressless Challenge on WebMD ONE

Stress is a normal part of life, but if it becomes too much it can harm your well-being.

Take some “me time” and make stress management a priority for a month. Sign up now for the Stressless Challenge with WebMD ONE. You’ll reduce your anxiety and help prevent stress-related health issues.

If you don’t have an account yet, create one on the WebMD Health Minnesota website. This support is available through the Well-being program for all employees who qualify for benefits.

What’s the Challenge

During the Stressless Challenge, you’ll track your downtime for at least 21 of 28 days between Aug. 5 and Sept. 1. Take five minutes to relax for 14 days to earn 25 points and enjoy better well-being!

Tips to lower stress:

  • Listen to music
  • Go for a walk
  • Cook a meal
  • Eat more fruits and veggies
  • Become immersed in whatever you’re doing
  • Clean, de-clutter, get rid of “to-do” piles
  • Make social connections
  • Get support from a health coach

Managing stress helps you:

  • Sleep better
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Calm your heart rate
  • Slow your breathing
  • Stay close to loved ones
