Open Enrollment is taking place between Oct. 29 and Nov. 18, 2020! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not holding in-person meetings this year. However, you can find everything you need to know about your benefits and how to enroll on our website starting Oct. 15. 

If you are a retiree, you are welcome to join us at an upcoming online meeting. The two-hour retiree meetings are listed below; follow the link to join the meeting or use the call-in number.

Tips for online retiree meetings

The retiree meetings are held on the WebEx platform. You do not need a WebEx account to join the meeting. You also do not need to download any software, simply select “join from browser.”

If you prefer, you can just call in to the meeting. Just use the phone number and passcodes listed above. However, you will not be able to view the information on the screen. If you join via computer, you can also request WebEx call you back to set up your audio connection.
