Submit 2018 pre-tax expenses by February 28

There are only a few days left to submit 2018 pre-tax reimbursement requests including the Medical/Dental Expense Account, Dependent Care Expense Account, and the Transit Expense Accounts.

Don’t wait! If you do not submit by February 28, you will not be reimbursed for 2018 expenses. After the 2018 plan year deadline, you will not be able to submit alternative expenses if a submitted reimbursement request is denied as ineligible.

When making your reimbursement request(s), please include the appropriate and complete supporting documentation. Incomplete requests will not be processed. Save your submission confirmation!

There are four ways to submit your reimbursement requests:

  • Online: Enter your reimbursement request in your account online and upload your documentation at
  • Mobile App: Download the 121 Benefits Mobile App from the App Store or Google Play
  • FAX: 877-918-3622
  • Mail or Deliver in person (during business hours):
