It has been over 20 years since Short-term Disability was available during Open Enrollment without providing answers to health questions. During this upcoming enrollment period only, beginning October 26, eligible members can elect Short-term Disability coverage at affordable group rates with no evidence of insurability required.

You can elect up to $5,000 per month in coverage, to a maximum of approximately 66.66% of your salary. Coverage is selected in $100 increments from $300 - $5,000.
