• Each fall, it’s important to review the Clinic Directory to see if your primary care clinic is changing cost levels for the coming year
  
• Your clinic’s cost level may differ among our three claims administrators (BlueCross BlueShield, HealthPartners, and PreferredOne)
  
• Even if your clinic isn’t changing cost levels through your current claims administrator, it may be available at a lower cost level through one of the other two
  
• Besides the immediate vicinity of your office or home, consider searching the Clinic Directory for neighboring counties, towns, or zip codes for additional results
