Remember the IRS form you received in the mail from SEGIP this past spring, regarding proof of your insurance coverage? Just like most other employers, the State of Minnesota is required to provide you with that form every year. And starting with the upcoming tax season, it will be available electronically. Help SEGIP save costs and cut down on all of your paper by going into Self-Service and opting in to receive this form electronically instead of by mail.

Navigate to Self-Service > Benefits > 1095-C Consent. Then, check the box, type in your password again, and you’ll be set to receive your form 1095-C through Self-Service next spring.
