Minnesota’s Prescription Drug Affordability Board was established to conduct cost reviews of prescription drug products and set payment limits. 

The Prescription Drug Affordability Board is comprised of seven voting members appointed by the governor, one nonvoting member appointed by the majority leader of the senate; and one nonvoting member appointed by the speaker of the house. 

Enabling legislation: 62J.87; Minnesota 2023 Laws, Chapter 57, Article 2, Section 30
