That’s because it’s the third paycheck of the month. 

Employees’ share of monthly insurance premiums are taken from two paychecks a month. Because there were three paychecks in December, the latest paycheck doesn’t have premium deduction. 

Note: The only exception to “no deductions from the third paycheck in a month” policy is when an employee has retroactive charges due.

Insurance premium deductions resume on the Jan. 12, 2024 paycheck.

The next three paycheck month is May 2024.
