We are approaching the deadline for 2017 pre-tax reimbursement requests. If you do not submit them by February 28, you will not be reimbursed for 2017 expenses.
Pre-tax accounts include the Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), Dependent Care Expense Account (DCEA), Transit Expense Account (PKEA and BVEA).
Transit Expenses (parking and bus pass/vanpool) must be submitted for reimbursement within 180 days of when the expense was paid or incurred but no later than the plan year deadline (February 28, 2018, for the 2017 plan year).
When making your reimbursement request(s), include appropriate and complete supporting documentation. Save your submission confirmation!
