February 28, 2018 is the deadline to submit pre-tax expenses

We are approaching the deadline for 2017 pre-tax reimbursement requests. If you do not submit them by February 28, you will not be reimbursed for 2017 expenses. 

Pre-tax accounts include the Medical/Dental Expense Account (MDEA), Dependent Care Expense Account (DCEA), Transit Expense Account (PKEA and BVEA).

Transit Expenses (parking and bus pass/vanpool) must be submitted for reimbursement within 180 days of when the expense was paid or incurred but no later than the plan year deadline (February 28, 2018, for the 2017 plan year).

When making your reimbursement request(s), include appropriate and complete supporting documentation.  Save your submission confirmation! 

There are five ways to submit your reimbursement requests and documentation:

  1. FAX: 877-918-3622
  2. Email:  CustomerService@121benefits.com
  3. Electronically: Enter your reimbursement request online to your account and upload your documentation
  4. Mobile App: 121 Benefits Mobile App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play. 
  5. Mailed or Delivered: 121 Benefits
