Credit Discrimination

Credit discrimination has no business in Minnesota.

Under the Minnesota Human Rights Act, banks, loan providers, and other credit institutions are prohibited from discriminating against you because of: your race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, because you receive public assistance, or other identities under the law.

If you believe you experienced discrimination, complete this form 💻.

Examples
