Process Improvement Coordinator and Systems Administrator

About the position

The Process Improvement Coordinator and Systems Administrator will play an essential role in integrating continuous organizational improvement for the agency by evaluating program processes, designing or improving processes, and aligning program processes with the Department's strategic goals and objectives.

This role will also provide operational and technical support for the Department's case management system, OnBase.

Salary Range: $25.29 - $36.71 / hourly; $52,805 - $76,650 / annually
