Information for those accessing the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) website and social media.
Communication with MDHR, whether in email, through an online form, in traditional mail, or on social media, is subject to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. Throughout its website, MDHR has identified where information submitted will be treated as “private data on individuals.”

MDHR monitors its social media accounts during regular working hours and reads replies, comments, and direct messages, but may not be able to reply to all. MDHR encourages individuals to send inquiries to info.mdhr@state.mn.us.
