SWIFT Requests
State agencies have an important role to play to make sure their contractors maintain a workplace free from discrimination under the Minnesota Human Rights Act.
Before paying and executing a contract with a business, Minnesota state agencies must ensure their SWIFT Government Classification is updated. To do that, agencies must complete the form below.
The Minnesota Department of Human Rights generally processes complete SWIFT requests within 5 business days of receiving them, if not faster.
