We're hiring an associate legal counsel to support our consent decree. In addition, Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is hiring a developer that will work with multiple agencies, including MDHR.

Associate Legal Counsel
The associate legal counsel/staff attorney will conduct legal research and provide guidance to support strategic compliance of Minnesota Department of Human Rights' (MDHR) consent decree with the City of Minneapolis (City) and Minneapolis Police Department (MPD). In 2023, MDHR entered into a court enforceable agreement with the City and MPD that requires transformational changes to address race-based policing practices. The associate legal counsel will review and analyze policies and trainings, negotiate resolutions to legal disputes, and represent MDHR with key stakeholders.

Salary range: $39.22 - $58.35/hour; $81,891 - $121,834/year

Advanced OnBase Developer
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is hiring an advanced OnBase developer/system administrator that will be responsible for the development and administration of OnBase solutions at multiple agencies, including the Minnesota Department of Human Rights. The position includes performing analysis, advanced configuration, documentation, testing, and/or training.

Salary range: $37.07 - $61.14/hour; $77,402 - $127,660/year
