Transition-aged students often find it difficult to envision their lives after high school. Sharing stories and learning from individuals who have already navigated this journey can be incredibly helpful. The Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind & Hard of Hearing and the Vocational Rehabilitation Services unit at Minnesota Employment and Economic Development have come together to share the experiences of deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing adults with students, their families, and the professionals who support them.
In addition, we have created guiding questions for teachers and students to have conversations after viewing the videos, Discussion Guide for Teachers and Students (pdf).
Coming soon! DeafBlind panel discussion.
