Clinical and Legal Lessons Learned in the First Year of Assisted Living Licensure
This two-hour live webinar will address some of the issues providers have been grappling with since the implementation of the assisted living licensure law. There will be a focus on clinical issues and the impact other aspects of the law have on clinical operations. For example, how do the physical plant and emergency preparedness requirements influence a provider’s approach to providing care? This webinar will also address how to balance situations in which a provider’s approach to resident safety may conflict with the licensure law. There will be ample opportunity for live questions and answers.
