About the Board

As a state agency, the Minnesota Board of Executives for Long-Term Services and Support mission and primary responsibility is to protect the public by regulating the practice of the administrator, through ensuring that all persons licensed meet a minimum set of entry-level education and training standards, and are qualified, professional, ethical, and accountable. The Board also investigates and resolves complaints against administrators, Health Services Executives, and assisted living directors.
