Mentor Interest List
The mentor interest list is for HSE who are willing to mentor an ALD applicant who is getting started in their career. To be considered a mentor, the mentor 1) must be a licensed health services executive or an assisted living director. 2) must be licensed and practicing for at least two years. 3) not supervise an applicant who is a related individual or who resides in the immediate household of the mentor.

Employment Interest List:
A listing of administrators/directors is provided as a service to owners and Boards of Directors in need of licensed administrators/directors. The HSEs, NHAs and ALDs listed are those who have indicated their interest in being considered for a vacancy. Other than acknowledging that these individuals are licensed in the State of Minnesota, our office provides no review or endorsement of their qualifications or experience.
Organizations will contact the administrators or directors listed for their resume. The HSE/NHA/ALD is listed for one year from the date their request is received. Good Luck in your search for an administrator for your facility.
