The Olmsted County Human Rights Commission will host a public forum on Minnesota's Voter ID Amendment on Thursday, Oct. 18 from 6:45 - 8:30 PM at Rochester City Hall.

The program will include a panel discussion featuring representatives on all sides of the debate over Voter ID and the integrity of Minnesota's election process. Minnesota Commissioner of Human Rights Kevin Lindsey will be among the panelists, and will also provide a brief overview the department's activities at the start of the program.

Other panelists will include Senator Sean R. Nienow, (R) District 17; Rev. Don Barlow, Pastor of Rochester Community Baptist Church; and Allan Witz, President of the Minnesota Bar Association, Third District.

A public comment and question-and-answer session will follow the panel discussion.
