Construction Companies
To help construction companies meet their project workforce goals, contractors are required to complete a Preconstruction Packet before a construction project begins and submit Monthly Project Reports throughout the project.
Use the forms and information below to submit a report if you were notified to do so by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights; another state agency; the University of Minnesota; a city, county, or other political division; or notified to do so by a prime contractor.

Preconstruction Packets.
The purpose of the Preconstruction Packet is for Prime Contractors and Subcontractors to intentionally develop a workplan to help meet their project workforce goals.
Prime contractors are required to submit the Prime Contractor Preconstruction Packet and all Subcontractor Preconstruction Packets, which should be completed by each subcontractor on the project. Packets are due before a project begins.
Instructions on how to complete and where to send the finished packet are at the beginning of each packet.
