Community Listening Session Report RED WING, Goodhue County (2021)As part of its community engagement process to inform MCLA’s policy and legislative priorities, MCLA gathered with Latinx residents of Red Wing in August of 2021. Red Wing is situated in Goodhue county and Latinx comprise about 6% of the city’s population.
