    Legislative Priorities

    The Minnesota Council on Latino Affairs (MCLA) is a state agency with statutory duties to advise and inform the Governor & Lt. Governor’s Office, the Legislature, and stakeholders on policy and legislation.

    2025 Agenda

    The 2025-2026 legislature was convened on January 14, 2025.

    2024 Agenda

    The 2024 Legislative Session convened on February 12 and adjourned on May 20.

    2023 Agenda

    The 2023 Legislative Session convened January 3, 2023 and adjourned May 22, 2023.

    2022 Agenda

    The 2022 Legislative Session convened January 31, 2022 and adjourned May 23, 2022.

    2021 Agenda

    The 2021 Legislative Session convened on January 5, 2021 and adjourned on May 17, 2021. One Special Session convened on June 14, 2021 and adjourned on July 7, 2021.

    2020 Agenda

    The 2020 Legislative Session convened February 11, 2020 and adjorned May 17, 2020. Seven special sessions began between June 12 and December 15.
