SF2502 (Maye Quade) will be heard by the Education Finance Committee.
The bill would provide a grant to Metro Deaf School to provide services to young children who have a primary disability of deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing.
The Commission encourages community members to attend the hearing in person and show their support. With the looming budget deficit, securing funding will be challenging this year. It's important for legislators to witness strong support for this bill.
