The Collaborative Experience Conference Steering Committee invites organizations and businesses to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor.

Your support helps create an accessible, educational, and engaging conference experience while providing an opportunity to connect with participants. You will also be able to showcase your products, services, and resources with education professionals and families in Minnesota.

We have the following packages:

Access Partner Sponsor — $5,000

Help provide interpreting and captioning services for Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, and Hearing attendees.

Includes: Exhibit table, two full conference registrations (hotel not included), prominent logo recognition, website/email/social media and Guidebook App recognition, opening and closing recognition, reserved keynote table, handout distribution, two tote bag items, and a five-minute presentation or video during the opening ceremony.

Education Excellence Sponsor — $2,500

Support excellent educational opportunities for conference participants.

Includes: Exhibit table, one full conference registration (hotel not included), logo recognition, website/email/social media and Guidebook App recognition, opening and closing recognition, reserved keynote table, and one tote bag item.

Community Connector Sponsor — $1,500

Help provide refreshments and create opportunities for participants to connect and network.

Includes: Exhibit table, one full conference registration (hotel not included), logo recognition, website/email/social media and Guidebook App recognition, and opening and closing recognition.

Resource Partner Exhibitor

Non-Profit — $200 | For-Profit — $550

Showcase your organization, products, services, and resources while connecting with conference participants.

Includes: Exhibit table, one full conference registration (hotel not included), and listing in the exhibitor section of the Guidebook App.
