In 2025, the Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind & Hard of Hearing celebrated its 40th anniversary with two special events: an observation in the Capitol Rotunda in March and a banquet in St. Cloud in November.

To mark this milestone, the Commission is pleased to share a series of video recordings captured during these events, preserving the stories and history shared.

All videos have captions, American Sign Language (ASL), English voiceover, and descriptive transcripts.

These recordings are shared with the permission of the individuals who generously agreed to participate.
