The Interpreting Forward 2030 initiative is working on an important issue - almost half of all working sign language interpreters imagine working less, leaving, or retiring in a few years. At the same time, fewer new interpreters are joining the field. 

Together, we need to increase the quality and availability of professional interpreting services in Minnesota.
