The Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind & Hard of Hearing (MNCDHH) serves as the principal agency of the state to advocate on behalf of Minnesotans who are deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing. We work to ensure these communities have equal access to the services, programs, and opportunities available to others. (Learn more about what we do and how.)
Board members have an important role at the Commission by providing guidance and oversight to the executive director. At least 50% of the board must be deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing. Board members are appointed by the Governor.
The following seats are currently open.
Anyone may apply for an at-large seat. To apply to be a regional representative, you must be a member of your region's DHHSD advisory committee.
