Dieu Do
Policy Fellow
Dieu Do is a campaign strategist, community organizer, and immigrant rights activist based in the Twin Cities with roots in the Iron Range. She previously worked as policy associate for Minneapolis City Councilmember Jeremiah Ellison, campaign manager for state senator Erin Murphy, and chair of the St. Paul Democratic-Farmer-Labor party. Dieu received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, political science, and social justice from Hamline University. She joined the Council in 2026 as a Humphrey Policy Fellow.
