Representative XP Lee (DFL-34B) represents parts of Hennepin and Anoka County that include Brooklyn Park, Champlin, and Coon Rapids. He was appointed to the Council's Legislative Board in 2026.
Rep. Lee was elected to the state House of Representatives in 2025 and is serving his first term. He currently sits on the Children and Families Finance and Policy Committee, Health Finance and Policy Committee, and Veterans and Military Affairs Division Committee.
