Rx Management Error Correction
Rx Management is a feature for Minnesota PMP AWARxE account holders working in a pharmacy, that are responsible for reporting or correcting data in the pharmacy.
Obtaining Access
Access is assigned to all Minnesota licensed pharmacists working as a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) within a Minnesota licensed pharmacy. If there have been recent changes to your pharmacy's PIC, notify the Board by submitting
this form.
PICs working in out-of-state pharmacies that are licensed in Minnesota can request Rx Management via a limited access MN PMP AWARxE account. Submit the request form to request access.
Adding additional users
A PIC can also request access be granted to another individual working within the pharmacy that has data reporting or correcting responsibilities. Submit the request form to request access be granted to another individual. (In-state only)
