Key to Errors

Use this interactive tool to learn what causes an error and how to correct it based on the segment, element, or error message. 

1. Indicate whether the error is related to a compound prescription, yes or no. (Different segments are used for reporting compound prescriptions.)
2. Filter by Segment Type, optional.
3. Sort or filter each column to find the matching error message for the prescription that needs correcting.
4. Follow the instructions provided in the "To Resolve" column.
