Our vendor supported assistance team has provided an improved knowledge resource system to answer your most common questions and respond quicker than ever to resolve your issue 24/7. Many resolutions are available online and if your question is not answered, you will be prompted to submit an expedited ticket to the most appropriate team for a quick answer!

Note: users are required to create an account with the Zendesk to access this 24/7 feature. This account can be accessed anytime to read responses or submit new questions in the future. It also enables secure sending of health information if necessary.
