Required Annual AWARxE Account Update & Confirm

MN Statutes Sect. 152.126 required licensees to register for and maintain a Minnesota PMP account. To keep your account active, you must complete the annual Update & Confirm process. 

What you need to do:
  • Watch for email notifications reminding you to complete your Update & Confirm (sent 30, 7, and 1 days prior to your review deadline.)
  • When you receive the notification, log in to your account. You will be prompted to review, update if necessary, and confirm your profile details. (See the instructions below for step-by-step guidance.)
  • If you do not complete the review within 30 days of the first notice, your ability to generate and view patient reports (via the AWARxE web-portal and integrated software) will be locked.
  • If your access is locked, simply log in to your account and complete the review to restore access.

Instructions

IMPORTANT NOTE: the Update & Confirm prompt will not appear until 30 days prior to your review due date. 

Step 1. Review your profile.

  • When prompted, review your current MN PMP AWARxE profile information.  
  • The display fields may vary based on your Role Type.

Step 2. Update

  • All information is correct - 
    • attest to the certification and click Everything is Correct.  
    • Done! You will see a banner stating your update is complete.
  • Information requires updating - 
    • select Edit Information 
    • a new screen with editable fields will appear
    • Update the necessary fields. Editable fields may vary based on Role Type.
Step 3. Confirm
  • Attest to the certification and click Save and Continue
Step 4. Done!
  • You will see a confirmation banner indicating a successful profile update.
