Clearinghouse
Clearinghouse is the Minnesota PMP's data repository site. Individuals responsible for submitting data to the PMP from or on behalf of a pharmacy must create a Clearinghouse account.Access and Instructions
Access
- Create a new account: CLICK HERE (Data Submission Guide , Section 3.1, p. 6)
- Add an additional authorized user to your account: Login to your Clearinghouse Account (Managing your Upload Account - Data Submission Guide, Sect. 8.1, p. 36)
- The individual that is listed as the primary user on a PMP Clearinghouse account can add additional authorized users to their account.
Instructions
View and Correct errors in your account: (Error Correction - Data Submission Guide , Sect. 6.3.2, p. 29)
- Login to Clearinghouse and select: File Submission - Error Files page to view errors.
Types of Errors
Pending Dispensation Errors
Errors marked with a circle and exclamation point are editable in Clearinghouse. Click "Report" beside the indicator to view details. Click the icon to void or correct the error(s).

ASAP Errors
Errors marked with a triangle and exclamation point are NOT editable in Clearinghouse. This indicates an error in the structure of the file. Click the icon to see what segment(s) were missing or submitted incorrectly. Submit a void file followed by a new submission with the correct information.
