Did you receive an email from the PMP providing information or requesting action?  Check the list below to ensure the validity of the email sent. This list contains auto-notifications to 25 or more users or data submitters. This list does not contain individually sent communications. If you have questions regarding any email communication you have received from the MN PMP staff or its vendor Bamboo Health, please contact our program at minnesota.pmp@state.mn.

Sent - Every 365 days, notice sent 30 days prior to your account creation anniversary or your last Update & Confirm if account is greater than 1 year old. If no action was taken, additional reminders will be sent closer to due date.

Sent - Every 180 days, notice that your password is about to expire and requires to be reset. Sent 10 days prior to due date, and repeats daily until changed.

Dispensation Error 2

NOTE: Due to a technical error with our vendor, Bamboo Health, Quarterly Prescriber Report notifications for Quarter 1, 2025 were sent in multiple rounds creating multiple copies of the same email. Their team immediately cancelled remaining communications, however, there were already several messages sent in triplicate. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
