NCSBN is looking for qualified nurses to serve on upcoming item development panels for NCLEX and Next Generation NCLEX (NGN). The NCLEX is designed to test the knowledge, skills and abilities essential to safe and effective nursing practice at the entry level. The process of developing exam items (questions) requires multiple steps and involves many qualified volunteers to write and review items.

Qualification Requirements for an Item Write or Item Reviewer are outlined in the NCLEX Item Development brochure.
