Professional Firms

The Minnesota Professional Firms Act requires every professional firm that provides services of a licensed professional to register with the board that regulates that profession. Minnesota Statutes Section 319B.11 details the information you must submit to the Board of Nursing. Initial Requirements for Professional Firms

• Professional Firm Initial Report: contact the Board at the email address above for the form
• $100 filing fee
• Articles of incorporation for the Professional Firm
  
  

Annual Requirements for Professional Firms

• Professional Firm Annual Report: contact the Board at the email address above for the form
• $25 filing fee
• Due January 1st of every year
