Minnesota Statute 197.4552 Subdivision 1. Expedited Licensing Processing, states that a professional licensing board shall expedite the issuance of a license or certification to perform professional services regulated by each board to a qualified individual who is (1) an active military member; (2) the spouse of an active military member; or (3) a veteran who has left service in the two years preceding the date of license or certification application, and has confirmation of an honorable or general discharge status.
