The Minnesota Board of Nursing adopted the amendment to Rules Governing Program Approval, Minnesota Rules, 6301.2350 subpart 1 and 6301.2360 subpart 2 as published in the State Register on March 31, 2014 (38 SR 1279). The amendments revised the implementation date of national nursing accreditation requirement of January 1, 2016 to January 1, 2018 and are effective upon publication.
