The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) Board of Directors voted to increase the NCLEX-RN passing standard from -0.16 logits to 0.00 logits, effective April 1, 2013 until March 31, 2016, and to implement the 2013 NCLEX-RN Test Plan.
