The Minnesota Board of Nursing adopted new rules governing program approval as published  in the State Register on December 5, 2016 (41 SR 599). The new rules went into effect five working days from publication, December 12, 2016.

Minnesota Rules (MR) 6301.0100, subparts 9, 16, and 23 were repealed.  The rules proposed and published at State Register, Volume 41, Number 8, pages 239-247, August 22, 2016 (41 SR 239) are adopted with modifications to 6301.0100 Subp. 7a, Subp. 7b, Subp. 11a, 62301.2340 Sub. 3. A. (5)(a), (6)(b), (7)(c), (10), (11), (12), (13), 6301.2350 Subp 1. Subp. 1a, 6301.2360 Sup. 2, Subp. 6. A.
