Professional Firms

The Minnesota Professional Firms Act requires every professional firm that provides services of a licensed professional to register with the board that regulates that profession. Minnesota Statutes Section 319B.11 details the information you must submit to the Board of Nursing. Initial Requirements for Professional Firms

• Profession Firm Initial Report
• $100 filing fee
• Articles of incorporation for the Professional Firm
• Mailed to MN Board of Nursing, 1210 Northland Drive #120, Mendota Heights, MN 55120
  
  

• Professional Firm Annual Report
• $25 filing fee
• Due January 1st of every year
• Mailed to MN Board of Nursing, 1210 Northland Drive #120, Mendota Heights, MN 55120
