Reregistration
What is Reregistration?
If you have been licensed in Minnesota but have not renewed, reregistration is the process by which you reactivate your license. You must submit an application, fee, and confirmation of employment form. When the Board has received and has processed all of the required documents and fee, your Minnesota APRN license will be brought current.
Reregistration Online
- The online reregistration application process is available online by clicking on the Online Services link and logging into your licensee account. The confirmation of nursing employment form will also need to be faxed, emailed, or mailed to the Board.
