Reorientation Information
Applicants or licensees who apply for APRN licensure when it has been more than 5 years since completion of an APRN program, or more than 5 years since last practice as an APRN are required to complete a Reorientation Process. Please review the APRN Reorientation Plan Information and Instruction document and contact the Board of Nursing at nursing.education@state.mn.us, to discuss a Reorientation Plan if you wish to proceed.

APRN Dispensing for Profit Form
This statement must be filed with the Board if an APRN is dispensing drugs for profit. This law refers only to drugs that are 1) to be administered orally; 2) ordinarily dispensed by pharmacists; and 3) not vaccines.
